Free USA shipping on all orders over $50. All other USA orders are charged a flat rate of $7.50.
All orders are processed Monday through Fridays, excluding holidays. Orders are not delivered on weekends or Federal holidays. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged or delayed packages during transit. If your order is lost in the mail, Sunchild will be responsible for providing buyer with proof of shipment upon buyer's request.
UNITED STATES DOMESTIC RATES
Orders are typically processed and sent out within 1-2 business days then shipped via USPS or UPS. Once the package is dropped off with USPS or UPS, delivery time is typically an additional 3-6 business days. Orders are typically processed and sent out within 1-2 business days then shipped via USPS with a delivery time of about 2 weeks. Canada orders pay a flat rate shipping fee of $15. All other International orders pay a flat rate shipping fee of $35.
Taxes & Duties: All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package and in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Please note we must follow your country's specific shipping restrictions. If your country restricts the shipment of the item(s) in your order, the order will be cancelled, payment will be refunded, and you will be notified through email.
DOMESTIC (USA) RETURNS
To find out if your item is eligible for a return, check your item's product listing prior to purchasing. If it is final sale, it will be noted in the product description. If it does not mention final sale, your item is eligible for a return.
All sales are always final on lingerie, swimwear, and special orders. 7 days after the delivery date, all sales are final. We do not offer price adjustments. We do not accept returns on orders coming from International addresses.
We sincerely hope you will love your purchase! If it does not work for some reason, we are happy to assist you in returning any item eligible for a return. All items returned must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging. Items purchased with discount codes are currently eligible for returns in the form of your original payment method. Please make sure your returned pieces are free of human/pet hair, odor and stains otherwise your return will incur a cleaning fee. We accept returns on watches only if the item is brand new with no signs of wear. Wear includes but is not limited to creases in the watch band.
If your return meets all of these conditions, email us at contact(at)shopsunchild(dot)com within 7 days of your order's delivery date, otherwise your order is final sale. Please include the following -
- Order/invoice number
- Item(s) you'd like to return
Once we receive your email, a Return Authorization Form will be provided to you. Please fill out the Return Authorization Form and include it with your return package. We cannot issue refunds for items returned without the Return Authorization Form. You are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for items returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Sunchild is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of International purchases. Returns must arrive to the Sunchild Returns Department within 7 days of when the Return Authorization Form was emailed to you. If the delivery exceeds this, your return will not be processed.
Exchanges are treated as a return and a separate purchase. Discounts used initially are not applicable to new purchases if they are expired. Thanks for understanding.
We will process your return as soon as possible after receiving the approved return package. Depending on your bank, the timing will vary for the return to appear on your credit card statement. We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We reserve the right to make changes to the policy without notice.
